Ways to exceed at your internship

Be confident
Confidence can be a great way to leave managers feeling easy about their decision to allow you to work on projects with less supervision. A confident vibe also puts those around you in a good mood. Just try not to be too over confident as you may come off as cocky. It’s a difficult balance to strike.
