Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support technicians during shows and maintenance shifts.
- Safely operate staging, counterweight and automation systems, and maintain equipment.
- Prepare and interpret technical documentation.
- Apply OH&S policies by identifying and managing risks.

Requirements:
- Experience working in a large-scale theatre or similar venue.
- Proven experience in loading and operating counterweight fly systems.
- Experience in maintaining safe systems of work and hazard management
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
