Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support technicians during shows and maintenance shifts.
• Safely operate staging, counterweight and automation systems, and maintain equipment.
• Prepare and interpret technical documentation.
• Apply OH&S policies by identifying and managing risks.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a large-scale theatre or similar venue.
• Proven experience in loading and operating counterweight fly systems.
• Experience in maintaining safe systems of work and hazard management
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
