Senior Philanthropy Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic fundraising leader to join Melbourne Theatre Company’s Development team.

About the RoleThis role leads the Philanthropy team, driving growth in philanthropic income and overseeing major gift programs, Trusts & Foundations activity, and multi-year campaigns. You will build and steward relationships with major donors, develop innovative fundraising strategies, and play a key role in shaping the future of arts philanthropy at Melbourne Theatre Company.

About You

You’ll have a proven track record in major gifts fundraising, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and experience leading high-performing teams. You are a strong communicator with a talent for building relationships at senior levels, managing complex campaigns, and delivering against ambitious fundraising targets.
