About the Role

We are seeking applications for the role of Senior Campaign Coordinator. This is an essential role to provide marketing, promotional and administrative support within the Marketing Unit for internal and external clients.

In this role you will:

  • Campaign coordination – Coordinate the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns for QPAC presents and co-presents events including budget management, sales forecasting and tracking, advertising and promotion briefing and planning, copywriting and art direction, campaign monitoring and evaluation.
  • Hirer Account Management – liaise with the representatives of our venue hirers to facilitate event on sales, coordinate access to our owned assets (including eDMs, social channels and signage), monitor the success of such events, and provide advice for optimisation where needed.
  • Teamwork – Work in partnership with QPAC’s Ticketing, Digital and Communications teams to support the needs of venue hirers and deliver integrated marketing campaigns for QPAC presents and co-presents shows, driving tickets sales and increasing the profile of QPAC.
  • Maintain relevant event files and coordination of daily process requirements for event marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the collation of materials for evaluation and writing reports on the effectiveness of integrated marketing campaigns undertaken.
  • Provide a high standard of marketing support to the Marketing Unit as required/or directed.
  • On behalf of the business unit and together with Finance, coordinate the raising of purchase orders, the reconciliation of invoices and settling of budgets.
  • On behalf of the business unit undertake proofing of printed marketing materials including but not limited to signage, collateral and programs.

About You

To be successful in this role, we are looking for:

  • Skills and experience in Marketing, Communications, and/or Business preferred.
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, the arts, or equivalent relevant knowledge, training, and/or experience required.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with a broad range of people.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns, including design concepts, promotional activities, sales tracking, and last-minute activations.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, exercising initiative and judgment to resolve competing demands.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and meet multiple deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and report writing.
  • Commitment to quality service and effective communication with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to contribute positively in a small, creative team environment.
  • Sound knowledge of marketing principles, media channels, and media buying.
  • Knowledge of the performing arts is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Word and Excel functions, with working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and some HTML.
  • Experience with financial management systems and budget reconciliation.
  • High attention to detail, including editing and proofreading expertise.
