Executive Director

Ausdance QLD is seeking a new Executive Director to lead our small but mighty team.

We need a strong, strategic leader who can inspire, collaborate, and get things done. The role blends strategic leadership with operational management. You will lead with a First Peoples First approach, ensuring Cultural knowledge guides strategy and will work closely with a skilled, passionate Management Committee. The ED will ensure Ausdance QLD remains a trusted, influential, and sustainable peak body serving Queensland’s dance communities.
