In an exciting turn, Woolworths Group has reversed its decision to allow world renowned artist-photographer Spencer Tunick to use its Prahran car park for a nude installation.

Tunick is the headline artist for Chapel Street’s Provocaré Festival of the Arts, which will take over Chapel Street Precinct from July 5-15.
