This writing course, Writing for Children: Finding the Fun with Mick Elliott, will take place at Writing NSW in Sydney.
You’ve got an idea for a children’s book; maybe you’ve already started working on a manuscript – but how do you make the journey to publication? How do you identify who your story is for and help it connect with readers and publishers?
Join award-winning author-illustrator Mick Elliott as he shares the practical steps that will help you develop, write, pitch, promote, and publish your children’s book.
Drawing from his extensive experiences in the world of children’s publishing, this session will inform and inspire anyone who wants to write stories that kids love to read – and publishers love to publish!
