Women’s Labour is a feminist activist performance initiative that reclaims and reimagines domestic tools as powerful instruments of sound, expression, and resistance.
At the heart of this project lies a radical act of transformation: everyday household objects — symbols of traditionally gendered, invisible labour — are repurposed into musical instruments through the integration of embedded technologies.
Through participatory engagement and performative spectacle, the project challenges audiences to confront the gendered histories and cultural assumptions associated with domestic labour.
Tickets: $10 general admission + booking fee.
