Dada Muse is searching for expressive Australian creators with a flair for the surreal to participate in our annual Surrealist Art & Poetry Prize.
All successful applicants will have their works showcased at our Launceston-based gallery for the month of October, and go into the running to win a $1500 Grand Prize.
This year, we are happy to announce the return of the Peoples’ Choice Awards for both ‘Artwork’ and ‘Poetry’ divisions, each boasting a $750 prize determined by public ballot.
As always, prize-winners have the option to keep their piece on permanent public display here at Dada Muse.
Core Theme
The competition theme remains: “Surrealism”. We are accepting submissions of creative, human-made works inspired by all things surreal, as would be appreciated by Salvador Dali himself.
