The Next Verse is an exciting new program for people to explore their song writing skills and channel their inner singer-songwriter.
In a series of inspiring songwriting workshops, held throughout April and May, participants will develop a new piece of music. Explore ideas and approaches on how to turn a story into a song! Learn about melody, form, lyrics, instrumentation, vocal arrangements and more. It’s a fantastic opportunity to learn, create, and connect with other songwriters.
The Next Verse program will culminate in an electrifying night of music from some of our incredible local talent. Discover fresh songs, powerful voices, and stories straight from the heart of our creative community. Join us for an intimate evening where you can expect passion, originality, and storytelling.
