Swing into spring with a lively evening of jazz featuring local favourites The Jazz Junkies. This six piece ensemble brings their signature blend of standards, blues and bossa – delivering rhythm, groove and good vibes for all ages. This performance promises an upbeat, feel good celebration of community and music.
The Jazz Junkies formed from a call-out to local jazz players, evolving into a tight-knit band with a passion for performance. Members include Jeff Galea (guitar), John Boden (double bass), Maddy Monjo (keyboards/vocals), Dante Bryan (drums), Adam Clennar (saxophone/clarinet), and Gail Monjo (ukulele/vocals).
