SIGNAL Summer is an intensive creative arts program for young people that happens in January each year.
The program offers young people the chance to work alongside professional artists, develop skills across a wide range of art forms and create new work.
Bookings for SIGNAL Summer 2025 will open Friday 5 December 2024.
SIGNAL Summer is FREE and open to all young people aged 12 to 25. You don’t need any experience to get involved.
SIGNAL Summer kicks off on Monday 12 January and runs until Friday 23 January with 2 weeks of art, creativity and inspiration. Some workshops are delivered with Kathleen Syme Library. There will be workshops in Visual Art, Street Art, Creative Writing, Music, Animation and Sound Design.

Join us to share the works SIGNAL Summer participants have created throughout the program.
SIGNAL Summer encourages participants to choose one art form to focus on. When you sign up to participate you are signing up for a summer intensive program that runs for 2 – 7 days.
