Philip Dizack is an artist of vision, one of the defining jazz trumpeters of his generation, a musician whose sound carries both the weight of tradition and the urgency of the moment. This show will feature Paul Grabowsky on piano, and a set with students from the Sir Zelman Cowen School of Music and Performance, where he’s teaching, rehearsing, performing and recording with the students as part of his Monash residency.
