Nangara – 30th Anniversary brings together 44 masterworks from the Ebes Collection, revisiting the landmark 1996 exhibition that propelled Aboriginal art onto the international stage. Presented in collaboration with Kate Owen Gallery and Aboriginal Gallery of Dreamings, the exhibition showcases artists including Emily Kame Kngwarreye, Clifford Possum Tjapaltjarri, Ronnie Tjampitjinpa, and Maggie Napangardi Watson.

For the first time in almost three decades, many of these original Nangara works will be publicly displayed, offering visitors a rare opportunity to experience their cultural significance, exceptional quality, and artistic brilliance. This carefully curated selection reflects both the legacy of the original show and the continuing vibrancy of Indigenous Australian art in the 21st century.

Exhibition Dates: 10 April – 10 May 2026 | Location: Kate Owen Gallery, Rozelle, NSW | Open 7 days, 10am–6pm
