Designed to create harmony between body and mind, these sessions incorporate breath work, meditation and gentle movement encouraging strength, flexibility and mobility. The indoor session is tailored to adults 18 years + of all abilities and fitness levels. Please bring your own mat and a scarf or strap for stretching.
