Lest We Forget investigates the cultural language of rape in mythology and art. Through feminist intervention, the project alters perspectives and challenges gendered tropes by re-codifying mythological women’s experiences to centre the victim-survivor. By drawing parallels to contemporary media, the work aims to encourage critical media literacy and social change.
