Olivia Gates
Olivia Gates used her residency at M16 to create glass tools that could be brought out into the landscape to be painted and printed in place. First sculpting glass roller forms from wax, Gates casts recycled CRT Television screens to create a surface and weight appropriate for watercolour monotype printing.
‘Imagining here from elsewhere’ will open alongside ”See What I See!’ by NatureArt Lab, and ‘Beyond the Palette’ by Wilay Designs.
Exhibition opening event: Thursday 24 September 2026, 6 – 8pm
Gallery opening times: Wednesday to Sunday, 12 – 5pm
