Step into a pottery class on the Gold Coast where you’ll learn the timeless art of hand-building clay.
This workshop is designed to teach you fundamental techniques of hand building clay: slab building.
Our friendly teacher will guide you every step of the way, providing hands-on demonstrations, tips, and tricks to bring your visions to life. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, this class is designed to cater to all skill levels.
In 6 weeks, you’ll have your very own handmade pottery pieces to proudly showcase or use in your daily life!
Please note:
- Clay is a fickle medium and the nature of pottery is that it can break for uncertain reasons. No refunds are provided in the unfortunate event that your pottery breaks or cracks in the kiln.
- It will take about 6 weeks to fire and glaze your work. You’ll get a message from your teacher as soon as your pieces are ready to collect.

Suitable for beginners.
You won’t need to bring anything with you. We just ask that you arrive a few minutes early, wear clothes you won’t mind getting a little muddy, and leave any valuable jewellery (rings, watches) at home.
This class is great for a team building activity, birthday or hens party.
Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 6 years old).
An adult must accompany any attending kids, and must pay for a separate ticket.
