Future You Starts Now is a live online coaching workshop with Madelynne Cornish, artist and accredited coach.
It’s a relaxed, low-stakes, judgement-free space to exercise your imagination muscles.
Through guided coaching, writing and reflection, you’ll imagine your goal becoming part of your life, explore what matters to you about it, recognise strengths you can draw on and discover practical steps towards making it happen.
Grab your notebook, pens, pencils or whatever you’d like to work with, find a comfortable spot and give yourself an hour away from the everyday.
If you have a friend who’d like to join you, she’s very welcome too. You can join from the same space or each from your own home—just book a free place for each participant.
