This exhibition presents a selection of artworks that have been recently acquired by Bayside City Council. A range of themes, styles and periods are represented and reflect the diversity of Bayside City Council’s Art and Heritage Collection.
Highlights include generously donated paintings and sculptures by renowned artist Dean Bowen, photographs by Jane Burton and Kent Morris, paintings by Tai Snaith, Lynne Boyd and Ellen José and a selection of historic works that relate specifically to the locality of Bayside, such as paintings of the Bay by John Mather, Emma Minnie Boud, and Norah Gurdon.

Bayside Gallery is open Wednesday to Friday 11am – 5pm and Saturday and Sunday 1pm – 5pm.
The Gallery is closed on all Victorian Public holidays and in between exhibitions. Please review our exhibition dates before visiting.
