China is a vast country with magnificent mountains, rivers, and different flavours; each place has unique scenery.

The peculiar landforms and gorgeous colours make people marvel at nature’s wonders and mysteries. The luxuriant red cedar trees in Ningguo, Anhui Province, with their branches and leaves glittering with vibrant light, reflect nature’s endless charm. Guizhou’s picturesque terraced rice fields on clouds look like a green carpet of heavenly stairs from the bottom of the mountain.

The earth is like a colourful world of hundreds of flowers. The lush shades of summer, the golden autumn of fruitfulness, and the silver winter of pink makeup.

Overlooking the beauty of the earth, it dances in the blossoms of the sea of flowers, rolls between the rolling waves of rice in the fields, and weaves in the misty haze of the mountain ranges.

This exhibition is part of Head On Photo Festival Perth, presented by the Head On Foundation.
