Echoes of the Bush is a close-range exploration of Australian nature – its textures, colours and hidden personalities. These tree portraits and botanical fragments sit on sculptural, tactile surfaces that shift with the light. Move an inch and the work changes: new shadows, new tones, new stories.
Each painting focuses on the individuality of native species – the curve of a banksia pod, the blue-green pulse of eucalyptus leaves, the rhythm of branches shaped by wind and sun. Seen up close, the bush becomes a series of portraits, each with its own presence and quiet energy.
These works are made to be experienced in person. The texture is real. The light is alive. The bush is right in front of you.
