Location inspired works interpreting local history, legends and folklore. True or otherwise, it matters not. As a maker of ingenious automata, animatronics and devices of all kinds, Archer looks to local characters, folklore, jetty culture, the river and ocean activities, whilst investigating historical events associated with Port Noarlunga.
Opening Saturday 13 December, 1–4pm
Please join David to celebrate the outcome of twelve weeks in residence in the Riverside Studio. Official business will start at 1.30pm. A limited bar will be available along with light refreshments.
Sauerbier House hours – Wed to Friday 10-4pm, saturday 1-4pm. Closed public holidays and during the festive season from 4pm Saturday 20 December until 10am Friday 2 January 2026.
