Join us for an unforgettable celebration of creativity, innovation, and artistic expression at the City of Whittlesea’s 2026 Art Exhibition.
Our annual art exhibition started as a community-driven initiative in 2005. This much-loved program serves as a platform for all artists who live, work, or are connected to the City of Whittlesea to share their creativity, imagination and ideas with the community. It is an opportunity for artists to expand their artistic practice and showcase their creative works and explore new ideas.
The 2026 exhibition invites artists to explore the theme BELONG. To belong is a fundamental human need – it draws us toward family, friends and community and expresses how we relate to the world around us. Belonging connects us to place, bringing people together through shared interests, values, and experiences. It helps us bridge differences, reminding us that each of us is part of something greater than ourselves.
