Join us on the second Sunday of the month to explore your creative side.

Experience mindful approaches to artmaking and try new techniques and mediums as you express yourself and enhance your wellbeing. Find your voice while you cultivate creativity. These sessions are ideal for participants seeking to connect with themselves, their creativity and community. Each session will focus on different themes and mediums. 

Spend an afternoon exploring your creative side and hopes and dreams for the year ahead. In this workshop you will be guided to discover your voice and take practical steps to immerse yourself in discovering your chosen subject for art-making. We will create mood and vision boards using collage, text and journalling to define our vision and set a course for creative exploration and action.

This class is for anyone wanting to learn how to bring their ideas to life or how to select a project and harness energy to develop an artistic practice.

All materials are provided and no previous experience is required, Participants are encouraged to source materials for their unique creations if desired.

About Amy Scully:
Amy Scully is a creative based in the Sutherland Shire, working across film, theatre and as a visual artist and educator with passion for wellbeing through creativity. Amy also teaches yoga and is an emerging art therapist. By drawing on mindful approaches to art-making, Amy’s workshops are playful, engaging, relaxing and aim to honour the creative spirit in all participants wherever they are on their journey.
