Join us on the second Sunday of the month to explore your creative side.

Experience mindful approaches to artmaking and try new techniques and mediums as you express yourself and enhance your wellbeing. Find your voice while you cultivate creativity.

These sessions are ideal for participants seeking to connect with themselves, their creativity and community. Each session will focus on different themes and mediums.

Get inspired by the stunning works of the Georges River Art Prize 2025 exhibition, then roll up your sleeves for a hands-on introduction to etching with artist Joanna Williams. You’ll explore the basics—from designing your image, learn how to etch onto a plate, and ending with printing your own unique artwork to take home. No experience? No problem! This fun and friendly workshop is perfect for beginners and creative explorers alike.

Joanna Williams is a multi-disciplinary artist, technician and facilitator. Born and raised in Sydney, Australia she studied locally having graduated with a Bachelor (Hons) of Visual Arts majoring in Print from Sydney College of the Arts and has her certificate in Arts Administration and Cultural Development and Screen Printing. Joanna’s practice spans photography, installation, projection, and printmaking. Her work delves into themes of architectural and urban spaces, exploring concepts of permanence, perspective, and potential.
