Bachelor of Fine Art

With dedicated art studios and workshops, you will have access to the resources and expertise you need to focus and expand your passions and develop your artistic practice.

Studio classes will build your skills, knowledge and experience of the art world, as you meet artists, curators and writers, and learn about the art industry through visits to galleries, exhibitions, art studios and biennales.

Start of expanded content

You’ll develop skills and capabilities across a range of art practices, including painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, jewellery, glass and printmaking, as well as studying video art, film, installation practices and 3D printing and modelling for artists.

Absorbed in the making, exploration, conceptualization and analysis of contemporary art for the duration of your degree, you’ll graduate with a critically-informed studio practice, a unique body of work and the confidence and knowledge needed to succeed as a professional artist.

You also have the option to undertake a double degree and combine your fine art practice with business, education, arts (humanities/social science) or IT.
