Mathew Lynn has won the 2013 Packing Room Prize – a prize voted by gallery staff – in conjunction with the Archibald for his portrait of crime writer Tara Moss.
The Blue Mountains artist selected Moss as a subject because he was inspired by her public advocacy and her public persona. He receives $1000 and a $500 ANZ debit card.
