Artstate NSW

Artstate Wagga Wagga is the fourth and final Artstate, taking place from 5 - 8 November 2020.

The purpose of Artstate is to shine a light on the excellence in art practice, and explore the exciting possibilities for cultural development across the regional parts of NSW.

Artstate features a two day conference and the 2020 themes are "Walking Together" and "Shaping Tomorrow".

Complimentary to the speaker's program will be a diverse arts program that showcases the Wagga region, and Wiradjuri culture and practices that take place in the Riverina. The arts program comprises of exhibitions, musical and theatrical performances, public installations, written and visual arts, traditional Wiradjuri practices, and more.

In response to Covid-19, the Artstate 2020 speakers program and much of the arts program will live streamed, so people can join the conversation and celebrate the arts from a far.
