ArtPlay encourages professional learning and the sharing of knowledge and ideas through Artist Learning Sessions. This month, explore the use of design and non-verbal modes of communication to tell stories.
Presented for Melbourne Fringe.
Led by performance maker Caroline Bowditch and designer Laura Hook, this multi-disciplinary artist learning session will explore how design and non-verbal forms of communication can create stories for young audiences.
In the morning you will use movement and design to create characters and narratives that you will then explore further with children and families in the afternoon. This session will be led inclusively. Please let us know if you have any access requirements.
Please note that this workshop is for adults with an interest in working with children and families and that participation is via an expression of interest.
Cost: $20 (lunch included)
