Tasmanian Residencies

This program supports Tasmanian artists to undertake residencies at locations across Tasmania. Each residency is four weeks in length.

Notification will occur within eight weeks of the closing date.

How do the residencies work?

This program is offered in partnership with several wilderness, historic and private artist residence sites across Tasmania.

Depending on the site, residencies can be done in blocks (one or two weeks at a time) or all at once.

Before you apply, you should:

• check the details of each site including the specific requirements or limitations
• check the grant amount offered for each site which must cover the accommodation fees.
