On the Terrace 10th Anniversary Commission
Chamber Music Adelaide are looking for a South Australian composer to create a work around the theme of gathering and reinvention: of music that has travelled different paths, carried different histories, and arrives at a moment of shared possibility.
The work will be the culminating performance of On the Terrace 2026, bringing together two chamber ensembles and inclusive choir, Poco Tutti, in a celebration of what we have built together over the past decade.
There is one commission with two pathways to apply:
- Independent Pathway fee $8,500
- Mentored Pathway fee $6,000, with tailored mentorship support agreed with Chamber Music Adelaide following selection
