Jacky Winter Gallery are officially opening submissions for their upcoming group exhibition, titled Assembly.
Founded in 2008 by the global artist representation agency The Jacky Winter Group, Jacky Winter Gallery is a Collingwood-based exhibition space that has hosted shows by international and local artists such as Oslo Davis, Phebe Schmidt, Prue Stent, Beci Orpin, and many more. The gallery has also played an integral role in showcasing artists from Solid Lines, the First Nations-led illustration agency currently supported by The Jacky Winter Group.
Each monthly exhibition at Jacky Winter Gallery is curated by seasoned gallery manager Shena Jamieson, with support from Tatanja Ross, Jacky Winter’s Special Projects Lead. Their combined eye for creative talent results in a diverse collection of artworks and experiences, featuring artists from across the commercial art world. This time, the team are opening up the opportunity to both emerging and established artists to submit a piece for inclusion in Assembly, which will run from July 12 to August 16.
Jacky Winter Gallery exists to enable artists to flourish both commercially and creatively. It is not your ordinary gallery, but a non-traditional art space that works collaboratively with artists to create viewing experiences that reflect their practices.
Details on how to submit is available here and more information can be found at Jacky Winter Gallery.
