Hobsons Bay City Council is currently seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from artists/collectives, creative practitioners, businesses and organisations from the western regions of Melbourne to contribute to our Street Art Program in 2024 to activate our local precincts.
Artists/collectives and creative practitioners are invited to submit examples of previous works that demonstrate:

artistic excellence
-
innovation
-
participatory and inclusive practices (if applicable)
Applicants must review the Street Art Project Brief(PDF, 134KB) prior to completing their application.
EOI can be submitted via SmartyGrants before 3pm Monday 18 December 2023.
The EOI must include:

Current CV (one page per artist)

PDF portfolio with images and examples of 2 – 10 public realm artworks created in the past five years that also explains commission process if applicable i.e.: community engagement, part of a festival program, etc

Artist statement (maximum 300 words)

Skills statement (maximum 300 words)
