Some of the most famous works of Andy Warhol will be as scarce in China as footage of the Tiananmen Square protests when the exhibition Andy Warhol: 15 Minutes Eternal hits the country next month.
The travelling retrospective, which has already made stops in Singapore and Hong Kong, won’t display the godfather of Pop Art’s 10 iconic acrylic and silkscreen portraits of former Chinese Dictator Mao Zedong.
