This house, currently owned by artist Beverly Doolittle and her husband Jay, is a stunning example of architecture blending into its environment. So much so that it seems odd that we haven’t seen this gem on our radar before. But now the building is on sale, and has drawn the attention of the interwebs due to its inventive design by architect Kendrick Bangs Kellogg.

This has been a project in the making for quite some time. Back in 1988 Beverley and Jay tracked down Kellogg to show him their desolate 10 acre property in southeastern California.
