How one festival guides a city through trauma

Australia’s first mental health and arts festival will soon land in Brisbane to deliver engaging practical activities for recovery plus some midwifery wisdom.

After recent floods and the devastation that it’s caused to Queensland’s southeast coast, focusing on healing and mental health is as important as the physical rebuilds.

Soon to land in Brisbane over the weekend of 26 – 27 May, The Big Reach festival may just be the right antidote for a community that’s been through so much.
