The Wheeler Centre for Books Ideas and Writing yesterday announced that Director Chrissy Sharp will be departing later this year.
Though contracted for three years, Sharp has informed the Centre’s board that she will be leaving her position later this year for personal reasons that require her to move overseas.
Sharp has been the Centre’s inaugural Director for the past two years and has led the Centre through its opening and successful first year and a half.
