2020 Australia Council Awards recipients announced

Eight artists have been recognised for their outstanding contribution to their art forms and to the cultural life of the nation.

The Australia Council has presented their annual Australia Council Awards for 2020, naming eight artists who have made an exceptional contribution to their art form nationally.

Australia Council CEO Adrian Collette AM said: ‘The diversity of the award recipients reflects the vibrancy of Australian arts, and the capacity of creativity to connect us.’
