Australia’s future work force, a major report published this week by the Committee for Economic Development of Australia examines what jobs and skills we need to develop to ensure our economy continues to grow and diversify.

The report focuses on the likely loss of jobs as a result of automation across the economy and the resultant need for creativity to power future employment. While the report made little mention of the arts industry specifically, it is possible to extract some important information – both good and bad – for the sector.
