Call us a bunch ‘o feminists over here at ArtsHub but we love this year’s laneway line-up for one lovingly crafted reason – its focus on incendiary womenfolk in the music industry. The ladies on this line-up are tackling the male dominated indie-music market with exceptional talent, and doing it better than many of the hip-grinding guys.
With some familiar faces and new friends to appear at the festival, the line-up was announced Monday with a host of sweet chanteuses and powerful pop balladeers.
