The Museum of Contemporary Art Australia launched the survey exhibition Shaun Gladwell: Pacific Undertow this week, the largest look at the artist’s work across 20-years. Gladwell left school at 16, and 15 years later was exhibiting at Venice Biennale, Gladwell spoke to ArtsHub about career fatigue, staying true and punking it out with materials.
