The program matches philanthropic managers of not-for-profit arts organisations with experienced counterparts in major cultural institutions. The aim is to increase private funding of the arts to facilitate sustainability in the creative sector.

Ten successful applicants from organisations involved with all artforms will be selected. The mentorship will run over the course of 12 months and will build on their skills in developing a philanthropic program. The one on one interaction allows mentees to draw on a wealth of experience and insight into philanthropic strategies and business development.
