Antoinette Barbouttis’ life size charcoal on paper portrait of Greek award winning film-maker, Alexandra Liveris titled Alexandra (2018) has won the 2018 Black Swan Prize for Portraiture. Now in its 12th iteration, the prize attracted 500 artists from throughout Australia, and the forty finalists’ works are currently in display at the Art Gallery of Western Australia (AGWA).
