‘Whimsical and nostalgic’ artwork wins $15,000 Women’s Art Prize Tasmania
Photographer Sarah Rhodes has won the major prize in the Women’s Art Prize Tasmania for her work Paper Plane. The $15,000 acquisitive prize is supported by the Trawalla Foundation.
The shortlist for one of Australia’s oldest literary awards has been revealed, featuring books spanning such topics as feminism, family trauma and the Australian outback.
