Events Tasmania are offering up to $350,000 worth of grants to organisers of crowd-pulling events that will add to a tourism industry already rich with art, culture, local food, wine and a beautiful landscape.

The Director of Events Tasmania Adam Sprout said: ‘Events are one of the most effective triggers for travel and they instigate regional dispersal, as well as generating stories and images that create a reason to travel to or around Tasmania.’
