City of Melbourne injects confidence into arts community

The City of Melbourne has granted 31 arts organisations a share each of $2.7 million to help preserve its status as a creative city.

Lord Mayor Robert Doyle said the Triennial Arts Program 2015-17 will help foster Melbourne’s arts and culture credentials which are a major contributor to its reputation as the world’s most liveable city.
