Currently showing at Melbourne’s Malthouse Theatre, Meme Girls – starring and co-created by Ash Flanders – is a warts-and-all look at the confessional nature of YouTube; part satire, part celebration of the social media age.

In a canny marketing move, the Malthouse is now offering popular social media users free tickets to a special performance of the production to celebrate the 10th birthday of YouTube, the video-sharing platform launched in 2005.
