The new precinct will comprise an 800-seat regional theatre, a multi-purpose exhibition space, a regional art gallery, a community library, meeting rooms, a Civic Centre and a community plaza.

The City of Casey is one of Victoria’s fastest growing regions, swelling by 7,500 people per year. Expected to grow to 450,000 residents by 2036, cultural infrastructure is needed to keep up with the needs of residents in an area that has so far been seen as drastically lacking.
