Creative City – a culture plan with a difference

The City of Sydney launched its Draft Cultural Policy this week with a vision to be recognised internationally as a creative city.

The first line in the City of Sydney’s 117 page Draft Cultural Policy and Action Plan states: ‘Nurturing imagination and creativity are vital for great cities to thrive.’ Lord Mayor Clover Moore adds, ‘While money matters, ideas can be more important.’
